    1. 具有较扎实的心理学基础理论知识和较强的研究能力;
    2. 系统掌握儿童青少年发展以及个体问题行为与家庭关系的理论及研究方法,擅长相关研究的实验设计;
    3. 擅长长期纵向研究的复杂数据分析,包括结构方程模型,多层线性模型与增长混合模型等;
    4. 熟练使用相关统计分析软件,包括 AMOS, SPSS, HLM, and M-Plus等;
    5. 具有较强的心理学专业英语口语交流与写作能力;
